We’re baaaaaack!!!

You know we couldn’t leave you after Day 21 – we were in withdrawal, too. Now that you have your daily meditation ritual locked down, you can use that as the foundation for experiencing health in your life. When you find constriction in your body . . . breathe into it; when you notice constriction in your mind . . . breathe into it; and when you observe constriction in your life . . . breathe into it. That moment of stillness and silence, of present moment awareness, will allow the very next moment to be more conscious, more loving, and more expansive.
